85 Victoria Terrace is a one-bedroom flat, which was originally built between 1900-1929. Once purchased by ourselves, we began renovations which were completed in 2024.
The property itself includes: one bedrooms, a living space, a kitchen and one bathroom. This property was designed interiorly by ourselves in which we decided to create a more minimalistic feel with the grey cool tones with hints of modern aspects.
The kitchen was created by our team and Howdens Joinery. The kitchen is fitted with dove-grey cabinets and black marbled countertops which creates a more modern kitchen and allows it to appear cleaner. The flooring in the kitchen is a grey wooden panels which is later used throughout.
The doors and skirting boards throughout were painted dove grey to keep the property appearing more cohesive and is complimented by the white walls and dark-grey carpeting as it allows the space to look larger, which was used throughout the property in the living space and bedroom.
The dark grey carpets were also used as they are easy to maintain and keep clean.
Then within the bathroom the tiling used was a grey marbled slab, complimented by dove grey toilet cabinets.
Throughout the property, all new plumbing and heating systems have been installed including: a new boiler, radiators and all pipe work. Plus, full new rewire which involves; a consumer unit, spotlights in all rooms and hallways. Also, recently redone plaster work, damp proofing and skimming all walls and ceilings. Then, all joinery was completed for example: Doorframes, Doors, Ironmongery, Skirting boards, Architrave, Kitchen and Flooring.
85 Victoria Terrace is currently being rented out at a price of £450 per month and is valued at £55,000
